Who we are
Weight Loss Autopilot is operated by Atlas Logic Systems LLC, a Kansas company ("we", "us"). This policy covers the text-message coaching program, your progress page, the provider portal, and this website. Questions and requests about your data go to support@weightlossautopilot.com. A person answers.
What we collect
From you, by text. Your mobile number; the name you give Tara; your time zone; intake answers (planned start date, starting weight and height, goal, whether you have your supplies, which program options your office chose for you); your daily reports (weights, doses, water, meals, measurements); photos you send; your messages to Tara and hers to you; your sharing and celebrate-feed choices; and the exact text and time of your consent.
From your provider. Which office enrolled you, the program mode they chose, and settings they are allowed to set for you (for example a program start day). Your provider never enters health information about you into the Service.
Automatically. Message delivery status from our text-message carrier, the time and rough size of each message, and standard web logs when you open your progress page or this site. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To coach you: Tara's replies are generated from your program's rules, your reports and your recent messages.
- To compute your rings, trends and program status, and to send reminders when a daily item is missing.
- To show your provider's office your progress, only if you turned sharing on, and to send them safety flags described in the Terms.
- To keep the Service reliable and safe: delivery, abuse prevention, debugging, cost monitoring (counts and totals, not message content).
- To bill your provider (counts of started rounds and maintenance months, never your health data).
We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or use it for advertising. We do not use your messages or photos to train artificial-intelligence models.
Your mobile number and text-message consent
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and your opt-in are used only to run the Weight Loss Autopilot coaching program you enrolled in. The text-message carrier we use (Twilio) processes messages on our behalf and may not use your number for anything else. When you enroll by texting your provider's keyword and replying YES, you consent to receive recurring automated text and picture messages from Weight Loss Autopilot at that number. Message frequency varies: roughly 6 to 10 messages per day during the 42-day program and fewer during maintenance. Message and data rates may apply. Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers, each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us:

We disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the company (in which case this policy continues to apply). Your provider sees what you chose to share, plus safety flags.
How we protect it
- Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are stored privately and served only through short-lived signed links.
- Your identity (name and number) is stored separately from your daily log.
- Our own operators cannot read your message thread in the normal course of work. A read is possible only through a logged emergency procedure, and your provider can see that it happened.
- Provider portal access is limited to the patients who consented to that office, enforced in the database, not just on screen.
- Access is by least privilege and every credential is rotated and kept in a secrets manager; nothing is stored in code.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you by text and email where we can, and tell your provider.
How long we keep it
For the length of your program and any maintenance period you continue with, plus a short window afterwards so you can rejoin without starting over. Photos are removed on a schedule after the program ends. Consent records and the fact that you enrolled are kept as long as the law requires. Delivery logs are kept for a limited period for troubleshooting.
Your choices and rights
- STOP ends all messages immediately.
- DELETE (and one confirmation) erases your weights, meals, photos, messages and profile. Your provider's copy of what you shared with them, and the minimum record that you enrolled and consented, remain.
- Sharing with your provider can be turned on or off at any time by text.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by emailing support@weightlossautopilot.com. We answer within 30 days and verify the request came from your number.
Children
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, coaching stops, the provider is notified, and the data is deleted.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date and version at the top change with it. For changes that matter, we tell you by text before they take effect.
