Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what this covers
Weight Loss Autopilot ("the Service") is operated by Atlas Logic Systems LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and us and cover the text-message coaching program, the personal progress page we link you to, and this website. Healthcare providers who use our provider portal are covered by a separate provider agreement; where that agreement and these Terms differ, the provider agreement governs the provider.
By texting our number and replying YES, or by using the progress page, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not reply YES, and reply STOP if you already have.
2. What the Service is, and is not
The Service provides daily text-message coaching to help you follow a weight-loss program that your licensed healthcare provider has prescribed and supervises. The coach, Tara, is an artificial-intelligence assistant. Tara is not a physician, dietitian, nurse, or other licensed professional, and nothing she sends is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Tara does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or change your program. Program rules, foods, portions, phases and supplement instructions come from your provider's program materials, and Tara only relays them.
- Questions about medications, symptoms, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medical conditions, or anything outside the program's materials are referred to your provider. Tara may stop coaching and notify your provider's office when a safety rule is triggered.
- Portion estimates from photos are estimates. Weights, doses and water are recorded only as you report them.
- If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not rely on a text message.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, enrolled in a supervised program with a participating provider, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you text from. If we learn that a participant is under 18, coaching stops and the provider is notified.
4. Enrollment, consent and text messaging
You start the program by texting your provider's keyword to (913) 210-4470 from your own phone and replying YES to the terms summary. That reply is your consent to receive recurring automated text and picture messages from Weight Loss Autopilot, operated by Atlas Logic Systems LLC, at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of treatment.
- Program: Weight Loss Autopilot daily coaching by Tara: weigh-in check-ins, drop and water reminders, meal-photo feedback, program answers, and a link to your progress page.
- Message frequency: varies; roughly 6 to 10 messages per day during the 42-day program and fewer during maintenance, none during quiet hours.
- Cost: we never charge you. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
- To cancel: reply STOP at any time; you get one confirmation and nothing more. Text START to rejoin.
- For help: reply HELP, or email support@weightlossautopilot.com.
- Your number and consent data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; see the Privacy Policy.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Keep your number current. If you change numbers, text your provider's keyword from the new phone; messages sent to a number you no longer control are your responsibility to prevent.
5. Sharing with your provider
Whether your daily progress (weights, meals, drops, water, Tara's notes) is visible to your provider's office is your choice. You make it during enrollment and can change it at any time by text (the exact words are in the enrollment messages and on your progress page). When sharing is off, your provider sees only that you are enrolled and what day of the program you are on. Safety flags described in section 2 are sent to your provider regardless of the sharing setting, because they exist to protect you.
6. Your responsibilities
- Report weights, doses and water honestly. The coaching and any program guarantee your provider offers depend on it.
- Follow your provider's instructions. Where Tara and your provider differ, your provider is right.
- Do not send content that is unlawful, abusive, or that belongs to someone else. Do not send anyone else's health information.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the Service, extract its data, or use it for any purpose other than your own program.
7. Your progress page
We send you a private link to a page that shows your rings, trends, meals and program guide. The link is yours: anyone who has it can see the page, so do not forward it. You can request a new link by text at any time, which retires the old one.
8. Payment
We never charge you. Participating providers pay us for the Service under their provider agreement. Any fees for your program itself are between you and your provider. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages and data.
9. Ending the Service
Reply STOP at any time to end all messages. Reply DELETE and confirm to erase your weights, meals, photos and messages from our systems, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end the Service for a number that violates these Terms, at a provider's request when your enrollment with them ends, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will tell you by text where we can.
10. Our content and your content
The Service, its software, coaching content and design belong to us or our licensors. Program materials belong to your provider or the program's publisher. Photos and messages you send remain yours; you give us permission to store and process them to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy, and for nothing else.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result, including weight loss, will follow from using it. Results depend on your program, your provider and you. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Logic Systems LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date and version at the top change when we do, and for changes that matter we will tell you by text before they take effect. Continuing after that date means you accept the new Terms; replying STOP means you do not.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us first will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
